The Fisher Companies Ready Mix Concrete Team is seeking qualified professionals, with experience in the ready mix concrete industry, to join our expanding operations. As part of our company-wide commitment to fostering growth and developing talent, we are looking to add driven individuals to our team. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, significant experience in concrete, and a desire to take on leadership roles and advance within the company. All work will be local to the Mid-Michigan area, and based from one of the companies' four ready mix plant locations - Midland (Fisher Sand & Gravel), Mt. JOB SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in the ready mix concrete industry, either through industry experience or secondary education
-
In-depth knowledge of the ready mix concrete industry, its processes, and terminology
-
Strong ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment
-
Ability to thrive in fast-paced project environments, with ever-changing demands/requirements
-
Self-motivated with a clear drive to advance within the role
-
Experience with Command Alkon is beneficial, but not required
-
Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
